Rules & Conditions All benefits that RevvedUpDip.com offers in the Reward Point program are conditioned upon your compliance with these Membership Rules and Conditions, the terms and conditions described elsewhere in this Guide, all terms and conditions of RevvedUpDip.com rules and regulations. These rules are subject to change at any time. Unless otherwise stated, the current rules in effect at the time of your order, request for a benefit, or other transaction will govern that transaction. Account Deletion and Point Expiration Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months after enrollment will be deleted. A new account number can be obtained by contacting RevvedUpDip.com. Currently, points will not expire as long as you participate in one of the following activities at least once every year: • Earn points and enter them at RevvedUpDip.com. • Buy points here at RevvedUpDip.com.com. • Redeem points on RevvedUpDip.com. Audit RevvedUpDip.com reserves the right to audit members' accounts at any time and without notice to ensure compliance with the Reward Point program rules and all other applicable RevvedUpDip.com rules and regulations. In the event the audit reveals discrepancies or violations, RevvedUpDip.com may delay the processing of redemptions, cancel any outstanding orders, withhold statements until the discrepancies or violations are resolved. During an investigation, RevvedUpDip.com may inhibit the Reward Point account of a member. While the account is inhibited, the member may continue to accrue points in the account, but no point redemptions or other transactions will be permitted and any outstanding orders will be cancelled. Conditions of Enrollment RevvedUpDip.com's Reward Point program is open to any person in any country over the age of twenty one that has not been prohibited from participation in point reward programs by any applicable governing law. Corporations and/or entities cannot be enrolled as members. Members must provide full name, as well as verify their age to participate in the Reward Point program. Full name means the given name, middle initial or middle name, if any, and family or surname. The full name must be the same as the name on the member's Driver’s Licence, or government ID card. Only one person may be enrolled per Reward Point account. Members may not maintain more than one Reward Point account. In the event more than one account number is assigned to the same individual, the duplicate account will be cancelled, and only the applicable point credit, excluding any enrollment bonus, can be transferred to the remaining account. Name and Address Changes Each member shall be responsible for advising RevvedUpDip.com of any change of name, e-mail, or postal address on their account. The member's signature and Reward Point membership number must be included in all written correspondence. A copy of supporting legal documentation (e.g., court order, marriage certificate, or divorce decree) will be required for any name change requests. Program Changes and Termination RevvedUpDip.com and its program partners reserve the right to change program rules, benefits, regulations, fees, point Award levels, and special offers at any time without notice. RevvedUpDip.com reserves the right to terminate the RevvedUpDip.com reward point program with six months' notice. Unless otherwise stated, the terms and conditions of the Reward Point Membership Guide and Program Rules in effect at the time of your travel, request for a benefit, or other transaction will govern the transaction. Sale or Barter Prohibited The sale or barter of point credit, vouchers, by Reward Point members is prohibited. RevvedUpDip.com will terminate or deduct point from the account of any member who violates this rule. Award Points through prohibited sale or barter transactions are VOID, invalid for redemption, and will be confiscated. Reward Point Statements and Program Updates Reward Point online statements are sent monthly to members through an e-mail reminder, regardless of activity. Members can enroll to receive this monthly e-mail reminder. Members who elect not to receive online statements will be able to view their account online. Current balance, account activity, redemption and program information may be obtained via RevvedUpDip.com.com/Reward. Termination and/or Point Deduction for Violations RevvedUpDip.com reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Reward Point program at any time if you violate the Reward Point program rules, any term or condition of RevvedUpDip.com's rules, or any other RevvedUpDip.com rules and regulations that apply to your account. Termination of your membership will result in a loss of all accumulated point credit in your account, the cancellation of any unused Awards or Award Points, and the loss of all other Reward Point benefits. Terminated members are not eligible to participate in any aspect of the Reward Point program, including without limitation any special promotions or Reward Point partnership offers. In lieu of termination, RevvedUpDip.com may at its sole discretion deduct point from your account, but permit you to continue participating in the Reward Point program. Members whose accounts have been terminated for any reason may not reopen new accounts. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the Reward Point program rules and with the other terms and conditions that apply to your account on RevvedUpDip.com. Void Where Prohibited By Law Some or all parts of the Reward Point program may not be legal in certain countries. Consequently, the Reward Point program is void where prohibited by law.
